A beautiful cozy house with direct Vecht river view. House is in very good condition and has nice isolation. Appartement is very much quite almost no noise. Its is very much close to 2 diffent bus stops line. 15 mins cycling from Utrecht centraal. Bedroom gets whole sunlight and there is one deep closet within the bedroom plan. Washing machine place is in kitchen Also theres 2 storage, one in the entrance of building and and another one on the same all as entrance of the flat I am very much happy with my house but bc of work and study i end up being in Amsterdam for most of the week so looking for somewhere in Amsterdam preferably oost, de pijp oud west or zuid. I will be ready to move & ruil by November
